My account was barred as i had not topped up in the last 6 months (still had 10 euros on it). i am trying to reactivate the account by contacting meteor to top up but i cannot as i cannot make outgoing calls! i am in the north at the moment, asked a friend in dublin to top up on my behalf by calling customer care but they…
