Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

2 for me. Number 1 seems over done.

I also prefer no. 2. The statue of the woman stands out better, and I like the spots of colour on Oscar's clothes :p

I really prefer the color it gives a better background and highlights the statue in the foreground. With the B&W there is some loss of context (the background is less interesting), which I think takes away from the shot.

like the contrasts in no. 1 but the B&W makes Mr. Wilde blend into the background.

You can almost taste the nipple in the colour version.

    Canon EOS 100

    I'm blaming you!

Congrats on the new camera. You'll love film:)

On the rest of this discussion I don't comment, but would prefer #2 as well as the background just fades away in the B&W...;)

    I'll take that on.

You need any of the free film? I have at least a couple dozen rolls you are welcome to.

That would be great! This whole 'cost to shooting' thing is very :(
I'll be bringing it out with me on Paddy's day. I got a role of B&W film off a mate so should be interesting to see how it comes out.

Liking them both but to know where/what landmarks they are, the colour one steals the edge. Although I love b/w's with high contrast. gah! procrastination!

I think the line of green in the background is complimentary in the colour version while the rest of the background (except for Oscar) is similar to the B&W one and so isn't distracting from the main feature anyway. Think that means I like the colour one!

Clearly I'm weird- I mush prefer the B&W!
