What are the two big coloured areas on Google maps?

( 1 ) a large area coloured green in the west of County Limerick between the N69 and N21 roads,

    and

( 2 ) a large area coloured beige in County Galway, along the west side of Lough Corrib.

    Thanks

I would have thought that is self explanitory, it does have "Connemarra National Park" written on it.

They are national parks, you can see one in Wicklow also.

The beige area if you zoom in on it is apparently NUI Galway.

Which means its a mappin cockup.

The green is meant to be national parks but the one in Limerick, well, isn't.

They use Tele-Atlas maps which are useless.

Connemara is to the west of the Beige area on GMaps, and is correctly coloured in green. Thats not what the OP meant.

The Galway bits are bog / university campus / river corrib.

    It is incorrect.
