Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

For all of you of you interested in Kung Fu, Tai chi chuan, Qigong or Sanshou have a look at our YMAA buddies in Portugal. They have launched their Youtube channel with a pretty cool promo vid.

    I hope you enjoy it.

The YMAA Portugal Director Pedro Rodrigues will be over in Dublin next month to run a weekend of seminars from the 15th - 18th!

    Hi Paul,

That looks really good. According to legend Wing Tsun comes from White Crane Kung-Fu and I thought I could see similar movements in the White Crane section of the clip.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Hello Michael,

Yep allot of the partner work involves drills which look the same as allot of the Wing Tsun stuff I've seen on the web and through cross training with some Wing Tsun lads in Poland. We have a allot of sticking, chopping and slapping hands which are the core of the White Crane style in Yang's Martial Arts Association.

Add the jing training, low kicks, joint locks and takedowns and that's the basis for our close range style! Sound familiar;-)

    Take care
