That was bugging me too. Surprisingly, on the lawn between the entrance & the castle there's a fairly level area at the bottom. The crease was marked out when I was there late on Thursday evening.

    - will take place on Saturday 10th September, from 2.00 – 3.15pm.
This workshop is for 8 -13 year olds. Alan will give a short, humorous talk about how he got into books/comics, drawing and writing. This is followed by a step-by-step drawing demo of one of his characters where the children join in. Then Alan provides a mini-comic/comic strip for each child based on one of his books -- they read the comic strip together (there's a mystery happening), the strip is unfinished and the children get to finish off the comic using their imagination and creativity.
Places are limited – please book by calling 01 8905609 or by emailing Donabate.library@fingal.ie.
This workshop is part of the Bleeding Pig Cultural Festival.
