Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

:):) I need to insert a number of photos in to an excel document -however each time I insert a photo I then have to format it to fit in to the section I require - is there any way of automatically formatting photos prior to copying them in so that they will just fit in the area I click on - or am I asking for too much????

You could use IrfanView's batch resize on a folder of photos to rescale them all to a suitable fixed size, ready for insertion.

Do you really want to use a spreadsheet to store photos?

As the other poster suggested get that program and resize your stuff. There is also another issue here with resizing. If you reduce your photos you will end up with a pretty hefty document. Let's say you have an original 18 x 12 with a file size of 1mb and reduce with it irfanview to fit 9 x 6 your file will become ¼ of the original file size. This is because you reduce in two dimensions. However if you shrink the original in Excel the imported file size remains as the original!
