My concentration seems to be badly effected by ceasing smoking recently.
I need to be able to concentrate.
Caffeine isn't really helping. Moderate exercise hasn't helped. I might try exercising harder and seeing if that works.
    Any other ideas?

I quit last July and I'm only really seeing my concentration levels improve now. That's probably not what you want to hear but I think it does take a while for them to resume. Going to the gym 4 times a week has really helped me so maybe think about stepping up your exercise regime? I'm also taking a cod liver oil supplement which is recommended, or try and include more oily fish in your diet. WELL DONE on quitting by the way, it's the best thing you'll ever do!:)
