Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

Recently when I try to go to www.yahoo.com, instead I get 'http://ie.yahoo.com/?p=us'. This is Yahoo Ireland ( though it's mainly UK news ).

I don't want Yahoo Ireland, I want yahoo.com. I've tried deleting cookies etc and that doesn't make any difference. If I choose View Yahoo sites and choose International sites and then Yahoo US, I still get Yahoo Ireland.

    I'm using IE8 & Windows 7.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

    J.

I think this is on yahoos end. You should find a link for "yahoo.com" on their website

    Welcome to Yahoo! Ireland
An experience that's made locally. Need help?
Stay on Yahoo! Ireland Go to yahoo.com

That's what i see at the top. Something like that

Here's the link that it gave me. Not sure if it's unique but give it a shot

Thanks a lot for your reply...

Yeah, this has happened once or twice before, but there was always a 'Go to Yahoo.com' link somewhere, but not this time.

That said, I tried your link and it brought up Yahoo.com. I added it to favourites ( overwriting the current one ) and it's all working fine again.

    Thanks for your help!

    J.
