    No. There is no regular postal service on a public holiday.

    Due to staff shortages you may have had a late delivery yesterday. Check the address it could have been put in your neighbours door by accident. Or delivered by a courier some of whom seem happy enoght to get the right road let alone the right house

    I was wondering about that. We're getting a delivery every second day at best.

    Pretty sure that is down to staff shortages, staff on annual leave are covered but if 2 or 3 people go sick its often not possible to get all duties covered so areas get swapped with available staff.
