Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lightoom Catelogue Problem

I use LR on a couple of machines. For the past couple of months I have been saving the catelogues to the My Pictures folder of my laptop, with the actual RAWs imported from my external HD. So I was able to use two different laptops, by just copying the catelogues to the other machine's My Pictures folder. However, I've just tried to do the same with my desktop, but I'm getting "The file named xxxxxxx.cr2 is offline or missing.".

How do I check and change the pathways of the catelogues so it can find the extrenal HD. I want to keep the ratings and changes that I've already made to the pics. Catelogue Settings only shows the location of the .lrcat file.

In Library view, go to the folder in question, right click on it and choose Update Folder Location.

Though in saying that, Ideally, the external HD should be given the same drive letter as on the machine where the catalog came from.
