Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Right so ive decided to change for a crewcab pickup (need 4 seats to bring some of the lads to do some work) so the use is not in question (95% commercial use)

ill be buying the automatic and i do about 35k miles a year , ive test driven one and seemed happy enough (couldnt corner as fast as my sorento but it was still alright to drive, wasnt overly bouncy for a pickup)

does anyone have any comments either positive or negative on this ? is the fuel economy in any way as good as the brochure ? anyone heard any faults with the automatics ?

They are a great jeep imo, The only problem i would have is that they are fond of the supp of diesel and being an automatic will only make that worse. I had an automatic jeep for some time and got rid as I was doing too much mileage and it was costing a fortune to run, Everything on a jeep costs more too, Servicing, tyres etc etc

yeah my sorento is fond of the diesel, i get about 23mpg combined , and im all to well versed in the cost of servicing and tyres, the d-max is supposed to be better on the fuel than my sorento so im happy to live with the rest
