Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bought a Replacement Xbox but cant sign in to Live

    I bought a new Arcade 360 to replace my old machine which
    went wrong.

    I have an xbox live subscription.

    I have it set up but I cannot get onto xbox live.

    Can i configure my new machine with the old settings?

    Or do I need to create a new profile etc?

    All you do is log on to Live with a guest account and select Recover Gamertag and all your old profile will download onto the new console.

    If you can't get on Live with the guest account you haven't got your connection settings right somewhere.

    No its a new console, and my last one was not banned.

    I cannot download the Xbox Live update which it requires to proceed.

    Hi Panama,
    Setting your firewall to low isn't the safest option. Log on to the website link below and it'll show you how to open the correct ports in your router to allow access to xbox live without having to lower your entire firewall. It's normally pretty straight forward. Any problems, let me know and I'll talk you through it.
