I agree...Gijon were very much in the game until 2-1..

They showed plenty of belief to win in Madrid, unlike what some would think..

I was "slammed" in another thread for saying that its the end of the line for Jiminez, but he is done for now. They have gone from being arguably the best team in Spain (they bottled it a few years ago), and the most attractie to watch, to this shower of shíte. The president needs to swwallow hos pride and roll out the red carpet for Juande Ramos.

Fans never accepted him because of his conservative style but I still think he did a decent job. Ramos' boots to fill are too big for him.

Puts into perspective that collapse against Real Madrid aswell.

He always commentates for foreign broadcasters. He used to do it for Real Madrid tv, or at least Real Madrid tv got the rights to show games from the broadcaster he commentated for.
