Removing red eye from B&W photo

Apologies if this is in the wrong place. Anybody have any tips? Or if feeling extra generous, anybody willing to give it a go for me? My DA&D skills stretch no further than Microsoft Paint :( Feel free to PM if you feel like giving it a shot, cheers guys. :)
