Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Printer printing blank pages

If I print a page on my printer (Canon Pixma ip3000), it prints a blank page. You can hear the cartridges moving, but no ink whatsoever gets transferred onto the page.

There is ink in all four cartridges, and the printer was working for years up until this point! I have tried Windows Test Pages and Self Test Pages, but they all have the same result. I don't think the ink has dried up, as the printer was working fine only 3 days ago, and it is unlikely that all four dried up at once. I have tried Cleaning and Nozzle Checks, but to no avail (nothing prints out when I do a Nozzle Check).

What could be wrong with it? Is the print head gone? The printer itself isn't giving any warning lights (as it should if the print head had a defect).

    Thanks in advance!
