Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Now i hope mods will understand that the audience to appreciate this are in this forum. This was out about a month or so ago but i didn't find any reference to it on boards.ie so i thought i'd post it

Damian Gordon from DIT, did a paper on hackers in the movies. Basically took the top 50 movies and referenced them. I'm pretty sure there were a couple 100 and he had to narrow it down to the best but the full list is up there. If you're interested in movies to do with computers this would be a good place to start. Personally my fave are wargames and hackers and that's where i'd start :p
