Phone Networks That Do That Free Calls or Texts for 20 euro

Is there any other network that offers free calls or texts for 20 euro? I tried Meteor but they said the offer had expired. Free texts would be the preffered offer. Thanks.

Meteor still do this according to their website. So do Vodafone and O2 (who have changed their website, making it impossible to find details of said plan, but it's there somewhere.)

Three give you 300 any network anytime texts and 200 any network weekend minutes for €20.

Thanks a millions guys. I was texting free text to meteor 50104 so that was why it was saying it expired.
