Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Yeah or google docs if you don't need all the bells and whistles and only use it occasionally

    Open office is great. I use it regularly. Just remember to save the file as .doc if you want to open it in microsoft word on a different computer.

    I BELIEVE YOU CAN USE UPPER AND LOWER CASE LETTERS IN IT IT ALSO HAS PUNCTUATION AND ALL

    Another recommendation for OpenOffice. Don't think it's explicitly necessary to save as .doc any more -- Office 2007+ can work with Open Document file formats quite well now.
