hey just wondering i have a 3 control gas ch,( upstair, downstair and water)..When i turn only the water on through the gas heating the rads downstairs get warm as well... They're not roasting like they're not as hot as when we have the actual downstairs heating on but their still warm..just wondering is this meant to happen??

No it's not suppose to happen ,if it has only started to happen it might be just a zone valve.
But if it has happened before then it's probably reverse circulation

You'd be best to call back the installer. If it's not part of the original build of the house ,it should be fixable.
