Meeting people later this week and Liffey Valley's around half way for everyone. I know there's the Eddie Rockets etc in the centre itself but are there any decent restaurants (italian or chinese type thing maybe) in the area? I know its a retail park basically but I live in hope.

    Any ideas welcome!

    It's closed down.

Pregos in Ballyowen Shopping Centre, about 5mins by car from LV, is a fantastic cheap italian restuarant.

Shirleys Palace in Parkwest does a buffet lunch special. I'm not a big fan of chinese but the foods not bad at all.

Kudos is the best restaurant around that centre, its a nice asian menu and very reasaonable.

There is also lemongrass, arc bar, and in liffey valley shopping centre there is Gourmet Burger(or similar) and Spur.

I would go to Kudos if ye all like asain/thai food. Also a good deal there for 20 euro each and cinema tickets included

Cheers for the replies and suggestions,

Kudos to those suggesting Kudos, wouldn't have thought of it. Lemongrass (if open!) looks a bit pricey. Arc Bar looks suitable too, even if the website says:

"Arc Bar and Restaurant is located...just west of the M50 roundabout and the West-Link tool bridge."

    :D

    Thanks!
