has anyone seen the park its a holy disgrace the way the circus has left it the even broke the path outside of the park i wonder what been done about this or is is just the tax payer that will foot the bill for this to.

I've not seen it, but from your description it seems fairly bad. I'd guess that the town council would have had some type of deposit fee paid by the circus which could cover repairs?
