    Recently I tried to register an account here but was unsuccessful. The username I requested was "Luckmode" but because the 3 letters in the order "mod" were contained in the name, it wouldnt work.

    Is there a way around this, could an exeption be made please?

    Appreciate any help.

    Afraid there's nothing can be done, sorry about that. If the system is telling you that it won't accept the username because of the "mod" element it's because it's in the censored words filter for the user CP. It's to stop people misrepresenting themselves as moderators when they're not.
