According to Irishbirding.com here: http://www.irishbirding.com/birds/web there have been 14 Swallows reported so far this year and I heard one in Enniscorthy this morning. Any other sightings yet? Interestingly, the last record for 2009 was as late as December 4th in Cork but no reports, that I could find, of overwintering anywhere in the British Isles. :)
