Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Aerial on an 06 Pajero

Lately I'm having trouble with the radio in the Pajero it seems to drift from a particular station, not literally but that the best way of describing the sound. So I'm just wondering if the connection to the aerial has been damaged in some way and as it has a concealed aerial (i.e. not an external one) of some type I can't fnd it. Any one know where it is? or got another idea of what might be going on. Maybe I just need a new radio.....

It might be embedded in the rear side window. Do you have what looks like a heater element in the one of the rear side windows? Check connections there.

Some head units hunt for best signal - you may have toggled that option. Check the manual out.

Yeah it's in the window ok, can't see how that would get damaged so I'm guessing it's probabaly the radio itself. I don't think it's seeking stations on it's own as it's quite old and I've been moving it from car to car to jeep as I have an ipod kit for it which works very well, so it's probably gotten faulty in some way.

You can get them for pretty good money now in Halfords etc. I got a nice jvc one that acts as a bluetooth handsfree for my phone.
