Hostels in Castlebar town near mall

Are there any cheap hostels you would recommend in Castlebar town? I am doing a course near the mall in early April and would like to stay in town as I can't find a daily commute bus from Galway, but if anyone knows of one please let me know details. Thanks

The Welcome Inn and days Hotel are both only a five minute walk away.

Thanks but was hoping to find a cheaper option. I've found a hostel near moneen roundabout,it might have to do.

Isn't the Green Bay B&B on the mall? You might be able to sort something out with them

It's still there alright. Also the Rose Garden B&B is beside it. No more hostels in C bar. Days are offering good rates from time to time.

Green Bay a long time in business and should suit. Prices would be reasonable.

Days is a little upmarket - probably four star.
