Hi if anyone here is on the regeneration committee or connected to those on it I need advice I cannot say of what it is on this as some people know me on it. so please pm me if any one is of help

Depends on what you want to say I suppose. If you repeat something that is already in the public domain or something that you can provide links for, then you should be ok.

Naming actual names in relation to any dodgy goings on without links to back it up would be a big no no as it could be seen as libelous.
