Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

can someone tell me if a two seater starlet 91 is exempt from these bloody things. when i frist got the car a few years ago i was told it didnt have to have an nct. i even rang the nct crowd and they said it didnt. got stopped by guards and they said nothing about it. now ive been told that it does. have things changed in…

If it is classed as a private vehicle, it needs an NCT. If it is classed as a commercial/goods vehicle then it needs a DOE. There is no in-between I'm afraid.

In the last year or so car vans have to be either nct'd or doe'd.

They used to be exempt but thats now gone.
