Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think Slik is a good brand of tripod if you want a cheap one, 50 euro seems to be the right amount to spend on a budget one. I got one years ago that cost about 15 quid, it is ok for somethings and its really small and light but its awkward to use, i want to get a good one for about 150 euro with a pistol grip ball head.

Thats looks exactly like hte yoke i got years ago, the worst thing about the one i had was it was hard to turn smoothly unless it was really loose, spraying some wd40 into the joints made it slightly handier, also if you hand something heavy off the bottom of the centre bit it makes it a little sturdier.
