I can confirm that Mr Alan does in fact pay up on internet best he loses. But I'd say this is one he won't be losing.

As it stands the bet is far too loosely defined. If he's sold at the end of August he will have been 'at pool next season'. If he's sold to another Premiership club he may well play 'at pool' next season.
