Hi all, hope you can help!
This problem started two or three nights ago. I was chatting with a friend on Skype while playing a game with him.
The Skype call would drop, my ingame ping would first become unplayable before dropping me out completly.
When I try access the internet on my browser I cannot, nor even my router page. I cannot ping the router page or google either.
After about a half minute everything would come back normal, although sometimes I would just restart the router manually.
This is now happening everytime a few minutes after I enter an online game. I have tried a new router but I have the same problem.
I suspect some sort of throttling from my isp, I'm with Perlico sadly.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Just to add, I'm using windows 7.
I've tried ipconfig, ip renew, run as administrator.
I have the latest router firmware (plus I've tried two different routers).
Latest ethernet driver, latest sound driver, graphics driver etc.
The problem is occuring in more than one game.
I join, ping is fine for a minute or two and then goes up and eventually I will disconnect from the game server.
Also when it occurs I have tried pinging 4.2.2.2 and google.ie and it timed out. Browser will time out too for 30 seconds or so.
Normal internet activity such as website browsing and streaming video seems normal.
