    Would there every be any reason where boards.ie would provide an employer a list of usernames and real names who access boards.ie during normal work hours?

    Particularly if boards.ie wasn't so requested to so and just done so off their own bat?

    No absolutely not, in fact we wouldn't have a list of real names, only what info you give us is what we have. The only people that can request info on users is upper level Gards afaiu. I'll let someone else answer that technical question better than I.
