I need to replace a cellar door because it has rotted due to dampness. Just wondering what would be the best product to seal the new door? It gets a lot of rain and sometimes wet by flooding when the drain is overloaded by heavy rain. Looking for something that will seal the wood and last a few years. Thanks danjo
