    hi folks!

I am curious about what exactly would happen if I took the DSL microfilter
off my telephone line. would my internet connection run into problems all the
time or just when someone is making a call on that line?

also, does anyone know the tech support number for Vodafone's
broadband customers by any chance? going through their main switch
seems to result in being passed around to a million departments and I
can't seem to find the number on their website!

    thanks :D

The filter is to stop your phone interfering with the DSL signal, there is no filter on the modem side of the "filter", its on the phone side, your BB would just work away grand especially if you removed all handsets from the line.
