    Hi all!

    My boyfriend has an "international day of food" thing at work on Monday and we're trying to come up with a quick and easy dessert for him to bring to it (of course I'll end up making it!). Thinking maybe banoffee pie or meringues/pavlova but if anyone else has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!

    Oh other people are doing things like apple crumble, so that rules that out of the options...
