    i have been thinking about starting a log for a long time, usually i use a diary to track my eating habits and exercise routines, but i think this may be a lot easier....
    was going to start on Monday but i am generally quiet strict the first few days so i decided to make a change get the hardest day out of the way first....:)

    Breakfast
    Muesli with small amount of milk/water

    Lunch
    Chicken Salad

    Dinner
    salmon, carrots and with salad

    exercise
    45 min brisk walk
    20 situps

    Snack
    apples x 2
