Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi...I was born and raised in Dalkey and live a few months out of the year in my apartment in Bullock Harbour, Dalkey. My husband and I choose not to own or drive a car in Ireland. We rely heavily on taxis and friends and family.

We are looking into a solution over than taxis to use on a regular basis while in Ireland. We go to Crunch fitness in Dun Laoghaire 5 to 7 days a week and most days need pick up and drop off..

It's called using the bus. The 59 goes very close to where you live. http://www.dublinbus.ie/en/Your-Journey1/Timetables/All-Timetables/59/

Other radical idea might be to spend 20mins less on the crunch cycle machine and actually cycle to the gym

Firstly you sound like very selfish people relying on people to give you lifts to DL all the time when it only a 15-20 min walk

You can get the 59 or walk or cyce to DL. It'll take 15-20 mins to walk or less than 10 to cycle

Plenty of unemployed people would be happy to be your chauffeur, just post some adds in the local barbers, shops etc. :D
