Hi there

I registered my Garmin Nuvi 200W last year, and am now trying to purchase Italian maps (I currently have UK and Ireland maps installed).

When I add the maps to the cart on the Garmin Website, and try to checkout, I get a page asking me to register my Garmin first. If I enter the serial number, it says my Garmin is already registered, but doesn't let me proceed to pay for my new maps. I have already tried to delete my old registration, and re-registering at the time of purchase but that doesn't help.

Does anyone know what is going on, or if you've had the same problem?

When you registered the unit, you would have generated an account with Garmin, with a username & password. You need to log-in to this account in order to update, or purchase, new maps.
