Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I've been the proud owner of a Boardman Race pro carbon for over 12 months & I've been racing in Triathlons and the odd bike race also. Can U
    Recommend a good starter book for bike maintenance. Apart from mending a puncture I haven't touched the set up of the bike whatsoever.. I'm looking for an idiots guide, in a nutshell to bike set up and maintenance. Cheers
