VTOS no longer paying for mature students courses in 2010?

Hi ppl Just lookin for some info, looking to do a course in killester college, im currently unemployed and have applied but was told by a friend in the course im doing that we will not recieve vtos payments... can someone clarify this?? Cheers Dave M
