Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hello anyone. I use Ireland Online for news and weather forecast. The last 3 days, any time I try to access the site I get the message "Bad request(Invalid Hostname)". I cannot get in to the site at all. My OS is Windows Vista 32bit. Can anyone help me overcome this problem? Tanx y'all.....:confused:

This is the LaTeX forum, which is software for creating documents.

It appears as though the IOL site is down. Still, I'll move this thread to the Computers and Technology where they might know something I don't.

Hello. Tanx for the prompt reply. Yesterday, I Googled the problem and it came up with all sorts of stuff, including the possibility of a Trojan being the cause. Though I did not feel I had any viruses on the machine, I ran a complete scan which turned up nothing. Wondered also if IOL was down..........tanx again...had a feeling I had put the thread in the wrong place....

I believe it was taken down and removed permanently.
