help choosing bike

hi im looking for a first mountain bike. i will be using it around howth at first but would like to go a little more adventurous eventually. i have to choose between two the cube aim 2010 or the ghost se 1800 any feedback on either bike welcomed also what is remote lockout?

Remote lockout is where you have a button or switch on your bars that will "lock out" your forks, e.g. turn off the suspension. This is invaluable riding up hills or cycling the bike on a relatively smooth non-technical surface (fireroad or tarmac.)
