    Finally decided to start one of these fitness log things.
    Here are my stats:
    Age: 18
    Morning weight after first toilet visit: 66kg
    Height: ~174cm
    Body Fat: last time I got it measured I had it down to 7%, now it's around 10%

    I've been weight training for around 2 and a half years now.
    I started following doctors' advice following a major leg operation to help speed up recover. That kick started things.
    I'm quite proud of my current upper body strenght and build.
    My legs still lag abit, due to not being able to use heavy weights due to the previous operation.

    My current regime is definately more of a bodybuilders regime than a powerlifters, that's the way I like it.

    Todays workout ~2.5 hours:cool: Added in some new shoulder exercises, hopefully will go up in weight on these quite quickly.

    One arm dumbell rows: 40kg x20 x2
    42.5kg x10 x3
    45kg x10 x1
    Dumbell bench press: 40kg x20 x2
    42.5kg x10 x2
    Dumbell flys: 30kg x12 x2
    30kg x10 x2
    Incline dumbells press: 30kg x15 x2
    30kg x10 x2
    Close grip dumbbell press: 30kg x10 x4 (my triceps were burning up by the end of this)
    Lat pulldown(wide grip): 75kg x12 x2
    80kg x10 x2
    82.5kg x4
    Seated row machine: has no measurement on the weights but forth
    plate from bottom x12 x3
    Shoulder press machine: 68kg x20 x2
    Dips: (bw) x10 x4
    Dumbbell shoulder press: 18kg x10 x4 (first time ever doing shoulder
    press's with db's, felt quite unstable)
    Dumbbell side raises: 12kg x12 x2
    10kg x10 x4 (how it burned)
    A variety of tricep work on pulleys
    Dumbbell Preacher curls (don't hate):o: 20kg x15 x2
    20kg x10 x1
    22.5kg x5 x1
