    Anyone know the starting salary for Deloitte audit graduate program? I have a place and want to have some idea what to expect

    Also any general info on what t expect would be great

    AFAIK it's 28k no perks, no health insurance etc...
    I think Accounting and IT have different packages though...

    Trainee 1 starting salary is around 22k, no other perks other than a decent amount of time for study leave and we actually get overtime which you wont find in another certain big4 firm.

    Expect a whole lot of scare mongering when you get in first. Directors and Partners dont see you as a special snowflake, only another bright eager grad who they can beat down to a soulless pulp. For trainee 1's the job is full of mindless, repetetive and boring tasks. You'll quickly learn there was never a truer mantra of "sh*t rolls downhill" when 2nd and 3rd years offload every bit of work they have to you.

    Such is the life of a trainee contract.
