Leaking roof

    Hi,

    Sorry for the broad question but -
    anyone know how much it would cost approx on getting someone out to fix a leak in a roof on a semi d house?
    It would appear to be a either a loose tile or a leak around the chimney.
    I can feel the a couple of the beams are wet and I can see where the water has leaken through the black cloth down into the celing of one of the rooms.
