How do I get from the Luas to Smithfield cinema?

I presume you're talking about the Lighthouse cinema?

The Smithfield stop on the red luas line stops at the bottom of Smithfield square. The cinema is a short walk away, about half way up the square on the left.

Actually there's a pretty clear map on their website:
