    Not sure if this is the right forum for this - probably a stupid question anyway.

    I have a tracker mortgage with permanent tsb...have house up for sale. Is there any way (wishful thinking I know!!) I can keep tracker and transfer it to next house purchase if I bought again right away???

    or would they tell me where to go :P

    Unfortunately they would tell you where to go best you can hope for is a standard variable going forward which the Bank can decide is too low and push it up as they see fit

    (not talking about any bank in particular that raised its standard variable rate by .5% today!!)
