We were sent a draft timetable about a month ago, I'm kinda hoping there's been some switches because there's nothing worse than a 9am exam when you live 2 buses away from the RDS...

Awful timetable. All piled together in the first week.

    1 on Wednesday.
    2 on Thursday.
    2 on Friday.
    1 on Saturday.

At least it will be over quick.

I've one Tuesday and then one Friday.

But then it says I have an exam in a subject where the final exam is only worth 30% and supposed to be in the last class of term...

Not overjoyed by my timetable but then again they're my final exams and it's all over after them.

Never had two exams back to back with an hour gap in between them before. That's going to be nasty, especially seeings as it's the first day of the exams for me :(

They're pretty spread out for the most part after that. End on Saturday, 15th May.

Are you sure the date it says is not the same time as the lecture?

Apart from the two 9am exams, that's really not that bad. At least you've none back to back. The way my timetable is I think I'd be better off just sleeping outside the exam hall for 3 nights.

Are you sure about that? The timetable has no exams on the first Monday (3 May), I believe it's a bank holiday.

I have an exam at Simmonscourt in the very first session (9am Tuesday 4/5).
I have an exam at Simmonscourt in the very final session (6pm Saturday 15/5)
The last one is an unusual elective, so I I suspect I may be unique in this distinction.

Aye I suppose it could be worse, still I'm one of those freaks who just wants to get them over with in the one go!
Going to cost me the guts of €200 because of shifts I can't work because of it too.

Yeah, I suppose there are advantages to getting them out of the way quick. Mine were fairly spread out last semester, but I was completely burnt out and couldn't study by the time the last two exams came. I was just siting around staring blankly at books, getting nothing none. It was like waiting on death row. At least this time I can just blame the crappy timetable. lol.

God, yours is terrible too. Are you 1st year politics & history too? Looks like I'll have to do some revision before the week of the exams now instead of in the days in between them

Finished on 8th though - that'll be good when it gets to 8th

Tuesday 4th- two most disgusting exams of all my modules. 12pm and 3pm
    Monday 10th- a repeat. 12pm
Thursday 13th- MCQ, one hour, no negative marking. 6pm.
    Saturday 15th- 3pm.

And it's my birthday on Sunday- first birthday since I started secondary school that I won't have an exam/will be preparing for exams. Woohoo!

    Sat 8th - 2 exams
    Wed 12th - 1 exam
    Thu 13th - 2 exams

I like how I have over 2 weeks from when college ends until exams start. Easy subjects too despite it being 3rd year. Law really is a doss!
