FBD Ras - "County" Team eligibility

OK so the Ras is coming up and county teams are getting selected again for this year. Anyone got any thoughts on the fact that (as far as I know the rules are) any rider from any county can ride for any other county's team!? I know most county teams eminate from clubs / domestic teams every year. Also, has the Ras gone too…

Also, has the Ras gone too international to allow the domestic working A1 / A2 rider to compete at a decent level??
