    AS Roma

    Best:
Some of the European wins - Chelsea, Real at the Bernabeu
Coppa Italia win against Inter 2007/2008 or 2006/2007
The 2-1 win against Inter just the other day was beautiful

    Worst:
    Losing against Arsenal on penalties
    The start to this season
Any of the near misses in Serie A title races.

    Shels

    Best
    Knocking Hajduk out of Europe.
Last minute equaliser against Kildare first game of 2007 season

    Worst
Came back from a trek on lake titicaca to log onto shels website to find out how we blew promotion, two days after it happened!!

    Sligo Rovers

    Best
Doyle sticking it past Fingal in the cup final. The following 30 mins was utter euphoria. Nothing will come close to that.

    Worst.
    Losing that game.

    Best;
Making Arsenal look like disabled babies for 60 minutes.

    Worst;
Conceding 2 goals in the final 30 minutes to tarnish the performance. :(

Five times I went most mental

    1. Solskjaer in 99.
    2. Giggs vs Arsenal 99 (just a great match too)
    3. Anelka miss 08
    4. Macheda vs Villa
    5. Owen vs City this season.

    Worst

    1. CL final vs Barcelona - I had Barca as favourites, but the ineptness of the performance was hard to take.
    2. Losing to Liverpool 4-1 last season
    3. Losing the Munich Derby - the players needed to give more that day (100% credit to the City fans that day, great occasion.)
    4. Away to West Ham 95.... :(
    5. Knocked out vs Porto in 03(?) with that last minute goal.

Are you me in disguise :D I'd add a sixth seventh and eighth to your favourites though....

    6. Olly putting the Scousers out of the cup in 99 with virtually the last kick of the game.

    7. Bruce scoring 2 headers in the 3 days of injury time :D:D:D:D against Sheffield Wednesday at OT in 1993.

    8. Mark Hughes keeping us in the cup against Oldham at Wembley in the semi final in 1994 with a volley only he would attempt.

Actually, the worst run of games in my memory was October 1996

    20-Oct-96 Newcastle United A 0 – 5
    23-Oct-96 Swindon Town H 2 – 1 Poborsky 19', Scholes 72'
    26-Oct-96 Southampton A 3 – 6 Beckham 41', May 56', Scholes 89'
    30-Oct-96 Fenerbahçe H 0 – 1
    2-Nov-96 Chelsea H 1 – 2 Poborsky 81'

That was a pretty bad time as far as being a Man U fan goes. :(

    Wasn't that the infamous shirt-gate , :D

    Rovers:

    Worst: Relegation

Best: Odra Wodzislaw, first game in Tallaght

    United:

Worst: being pipped to the title by Leeds in 91/92, also the one I remember as a child was the FA cup final vs Arsenal in 1979.

    Best: Champions League 1999, Cup-Winners Cup 1991, League 92/93,

Weirdest moment involving both: Rovers beating United in 1986, albeit in a friendly

I'm nearly sure you mean Cardiff? I presume you're talking about the 2001 Cup final....

Semantics...big stadium with grass on the pitch, which I watched at home on my tv...

    Nottingham Forest

    BEST
The best first, one of my earliest Forest memories :D

4-0 victory over West Ham in 1991 FA Cup semi final.
2-1 victory over United at OT in 1994.
7-1 victory over Sheff Wed at Hillsborough in 1995
1-0 victory over Lyon in 1995 to see us through to UEFA Cup Quater Final.
1-0 victory over Reading in 1998 that saw us promoted back to PL.
    Any victory over Liverpool
    Any victory over Derby
2-2 draw with Leicester in 2002, coming back from 2-0 down with ten to go.

    WORST
2-1 defeat to Spurs in 1991 FA Cup final - i cried and cried.
1-0 defeat to United in 1992 League Cup final.
7-0 defeat to Blackburn in 1995, some way to end our 25 game unbeaten run!
    8-1 defeat to United in 1999 - Solskjaer's 4 goals in 10 minutes.
5-0 defeat to Oldham in League One in 2005.
3-0 defeat to Chelsea in 2007 FA Cup, total humiliation on a football field.
5-2 defeat to Yeovil in 2007 League One playoff semi final.

This game was the most bitter pill to swallow though.....

    Best - winning the Premiership.

    Worst - relegation.

No need to say who I support!

    Best:

-Lampard seals the Premiership title against Bolton.
-Chelsea hammer United 5-0 in the 99/00 Season
-Beating Liverpool 3-1 in the Champions League semi-final first leg; followed up by 4-4 in the Bridge.

    Worst:

-Iniesta's 92nd minute strike to rob Chelsea in the semi-final last season
-John Terry's penalty miss against United in Moscow
-Getting smashed 5-1 by Barca in the 99/00 Champions League

Pretty much this but with Grosso's goal against Germany in the World Cup and Juventus beating Inter for the title on the last day on the pro side and the referee knocking Italy out single handedly in Korea

    Liverpools Best:

    Istanbul obviously.

And this injury time winner against Arsenal (who had gone the previous season without losing) by Neil Mellor , it came about a few days after a Liverpool supporting friend of mine sadly died & i just really felt deep down the whole way through the game we would win. Great moment.

    Liverpools Worst:

    This whole season .

Arsenal beating us at Anfield to pip us to the league .

Djimi Traore & Bruno Zidane Cheyrou

    Best:

    26th May 1999

    Worst
Losing out to Leeds in '92. After 25 years, to come so close was traumatic.

    CL final 1999

    Everton
    Best:
    Phil Jagielka scoring that penalty
    The 3-0 Derby
    95 cup win.

    Worst:
every close season and transfer deadline
every season between 1990 and 2003 (except for the Joe Royle era)
    The Lescott and Rooney transfers.
