This film is on tonight on BBC1 about Graeme Obree who, among other things, designed a bike with a single bladed fork (if you could call it a fork!), no top tube and incorporated parts from an old washing machine.

Good film seen it a while back , i almost went out after it and tried marmite sandwiches as a way of carbo loading lol
